Welcome to Asheville and GT-38

GT-38 is set for June 10-14, 2013 in Asheville, NC. The GT-38 committee has several exciting activities planned, starting with breakfast and a tour of the Biltmore estate, plus local driving tours, exploring Asheville and surrounding towns, the Brew's Cruise, and more.

There's lots to do, but plenty of time to just kick back and relax at the host hotel, if that's what you prefer.

Our host hotel is the Crowne Plaza Tennis and Golf Resort. Until May 11, 2013, you may make reservations by calling the Crowne Plaza's toll free number, 888- 233-9527 seven days a week, 7 a.m. - 11 p.m., or via the Resort's GT-38 online booking website. After May 11, 2013, you must call 800-733-3211 to make reservations. Rooms start at $113 for a double or the first 25 kings reserved, $123 for kings after the first 25, one and two bedroom villas at $159 and $189 respectively. The villas are a short walking distance from the main hotel and maybe ideal for families. If there is no demand for villas, our standard room allotment will be increased.

Please mention that you are making a reservation as part of a group (NAMGAR) when calling the hotel. Plan to arrive on Monday (or earlier) as very early Tuesday morning we’ll be leaving for a special day at the Biltmore Estate. We’ve planned a photo shoot, breakfast, self-guided tour of the house, gardens, and village. There's also the vineyard (and optional wine tasting).

This is an once-in-a-lifetime opportunity, so start saving your coins to be a part of it! Check out the GT-38 website for more details and upcoming registration information.

The registration for the Biltmore photo shoot is a bit confusing to me. If I'm riding with my husband in his MGA, is it $75.00 for me to attend or is that an entry fee to the Biltmore for a 2nd car, not in the photo shoot?
